In person, private consultations are the primary focus of Grant's metaphysical work. He "tunes in" to the aura and shares his perceptions about His clients based on what he perceives there. Grant says that the colors, shapes and other qualities suggest the state of being of the individual as well as possible future events. He also shares his perceptions about his clients by what those traits suggest to him. According to Grant, "Everything you ever were, are now and ever will be is being recorded somewhere within the aura." On certain occasions, Grant will receive images from the client's soul. These impressions are quite different from those coming through the aura. When this happens, the images are usually far more clear and particular attention should be given. These experiences have only been an occasional part of Grant's readings for a relatively few months. A great teacher once said, "If today is the same as yesterday, tomorrow will be the same as yesterday. If you want tomorrow to be different, you must change today." Grant takes this statement very seriously and encourages His clients to be aware of future possibilities. He is also very careful to remind them that future changes with all decisions made in the present. He encourages his clients and students to take charge of their lives and use his readings only as a perspective and confirmation of what they already know about themselves in their heart of hearts. A personal consultation (reading) with Grant usually lasts for about 45 minutes to an hour and his fee is $65.00. There is also a $5.00 charge for a digital recording of the session if desired. He also advocates having the sessions taped for a small additional fee of $5.00 When He visits locations outside of the Salt Lake City area, his fees are slightly higher due to additional expenses.
