THE PROCESS

     Grant:             Good morning Solomon!

Solomon:        We are Solomon and good morning to you!

Grant:             On a number of occasions, I have been guided to remind myself and my students to “Trust the process.”  Would you please share some insight about processes?

Solomon:       We are pleased to be here to answer any questions that come to your mind.  It is said that when one has the awareness to ask the question, the seeds of the answer are already within them.  We are here to help those seeds to grow and bear fruit a bit sooner than might be expected.

Processes are the foundation of that which you call reality.  They are the essence of perception and provide the building blocks of everything that exists.  The primary ingredient of a process is motion. As we have said before, motion is what makes physical things manifest in the material world.

When observed and used with awareness and wisdom, processes become pathways to manifestation.  Without processes, there would be nothing that would ever be finished.  This may seem to be a contradiction to you and we suggest that you contemplate this principle.

Grant:                What principle would that be?

Solomon:           Without processes, nothing could exist in the material universe.  Motion is the essential element of the universe.  It is also the most basic principle of ego.  Ego can point you in the direction of the light you are seeking, but will never get you there.  If it did, ego would no longer be necessary and would die.

Processes do the same thing.  Without a process, one would never be able to reach a goal.  On the other hand when a person becomes too caught up in a process, the goal will ultimately dissolve and the only thing left is another process.  This is the nature of the material universe and the frequency you call the Earth.

One of the reasons you have chosen to have an experience in a physical body is to learn about and participate in processes.  Learn of them, pursue them, use them and always be ever mindful that your goal is hidden within the process itself.

As you continue to become mindful of your thoughts and their process, you will become more aware of the present that is within you.  Like the element of Spirit, the present is within all things including the present.

Eternity is within the present!  Peace, truth, joy, enlightenment, love and all the other eternal principles are found only in the present.  The instant you create a goal in your mind, it is automatically imbedded and has already manifested itself in the present.

Grant:                Is this why it is said that happiness is not a goal, but is a process?

Solomon:           Indeed, this is a truth.  As you simply immerse yourself in the experience, you will find yourself in profound attunement with the present.  The present is NOT difficult to perceive.  It is only the ego that attempts to discourage you from being in it.

  Grant:                Why is this so?

Solomon:           Because, when the present is being experienced in its totality, the ego is no longer necessary. When ego is transcended, it does not diminish and die.  Rather, it is automatically transmuted into light.  This is a universal principle that it (ego) can only comprehend in tiny hints and clues.

Your ego is among the best tools you have in seeking and becoming the goals and ideals you have.  It also places the greatest stumbling blocks that exist in the theatre of experience.

Learn of ego, understand it and use it to continue in your journey.   As you do so, realize that ego is the author of illusion.  As you transcend ego and the illusions it places before you, the present will progressively become a natural part of your soul and you will surely become the eternal principles you seek.

Grant:                Thank you Solomon!  You have given me great insight and plenty to digest and contemplate.

Solomon:           We are always here, in the present, for you. There is much more to come.

Solomon
